Jeff Larson
CEO
Serving as both the business lead and customer champion for Pivot Medical, Jeff is driven to exceed expectations and deliver on commitments (credit it to his hearty Northern Minnesota upbringing). With more than 20 years in the medical device industry, he’s deftly traversed several critical functions including CEO, business development, product line management, sales, R&D, and operations. Spanning quite the spectrum of experience, he’s successfully operated his own start-up as well as helped large companies succeed. A consummate customer advocate, Jeff is an empathetic, results-oriented leader who takes the time to truly understand the unique needs and wants of each and every client. Away from the office, Jeff is still busy getting the most out of his team as a youth hockey coach.

After several unsuccessful attempts on my own, I approached Pivot needing a catheter to assist with the delivery of a mitral valve implant. After a brief conversation about the high level requirements and intended function of the device, Jeff and Jake designed and built a catheter in a matter of days. Over 30 animal trials later, it’s never failed to perform. They’ve provided recommendations and design changes not only for the product I asked them to design, but all parts of my system. These guys are experts in the field. I highly recommend them for any catheter challenge.
